Fort Lauderdale - Saltwater Fishing Report
We are getting the prelude to fall. Lots of rain, that we have needed, over the last week. LOTS during the last few days, keeping me at the dock. Before the weather we were getting a steady pick at the Kingfish. Most are running 6-10 pounds but the occasinal 20+ pounder shows up too. The Bonita are here but thinning out as we get into fall. Still no big show on the Dolphin, we are still a month or so early for the push to start.
The inlet is holding a fair aount of Barracuda, some Jacks mixed in too. We will give it another try in the morn although the forecast shows another day or two until we start to dry out. At least my to-do list is getting looked at!
