Fort Lauderdale - Saltwater Fishing Report

Sailfish, Dolphin and Wahoo

I know it sounds the same as the last report. But the sailfishing continues to be good. The Fort Lauderdale Billfish Tournament was a huge sucess. The winning boat had 9 fish is 3 days of fishing. With 70 boats to compete against, that is good sailfishing.

We had a couple of 30 to 40 lb Dolphin this week. Along with quite a few 8 to 12 lb. dolphin mixed in.

The wahoos are still here. We weighed in a few in the 20 to 30 lb. range.

Cudas, amberjacks and sharks continue to bite at the wrecks.

Catch-em-up,

Capt. Kunta
