Fort Lauderdale, FL - Offshore

Capt. David Ide

Fort Lauderdale - Saltwater Fishing Report

Bonitas, Kingfish and Wahoo

The Bonitas have moved in thick. From the perfect size for live bait to large and XL large. Great fun. Mix in a few good size Kingfish, Barracuda, and an occasional jack and thats what we have been catching each trip.

We also had a 40lb Wahoo yesterday. A 20lb Wahoo and a couple of 15 to 20 lb Dolphin earlier this week.

The wreck fishing has also been good. Amberjacks, a few sharks and a 12lb Mutton Snapper were caught this week.

We look forward to a good run of Kingfish in September and a few more Wahoo during this full moon.

Catch-em-up,

Capt. Kunta
