Take your Ball&Chain to the Flippin' Mall this week

Capt. John GiddyUp-Bunch
December 12, 2010
Fort Myers - Saltwater Fishing Report

My luck borders on incredible and as the kids say these days "obsene." With 54 degree water temperatures in the Gulf of Mexico and 56 in Pine Island Sound, fishing sucks the big one.

The smart man uses these times as leverage for future fishing trips.
By this I mean take the Ball and Chain to a chick-flick, decorate the flippin' tree, grab her by the waist and pretend it is your first date, but whatever you do forget fishing this week. .

It sucked on Friday and Saturday. I warned my charters of being lucky to catch a single grouper but they wanted to go anyway. We did and we scored 3 grouper each day. All Keepers. It was rough, cold, and miserable.

Forecast for the next 3 days will drive water tempts in the high 40's. Son, be smart. Tis the season for Marriage or Relationship maintenance. Might as well, you can't fish.

Merry Christmas "GiddyUp

Fort Myers Fishing Forecast:

It is going to suck this week
