With these cooler mornings the fish are more active. If your targeting redfish look for a healthy grass flat and fish the first half of the incoming tide. Artificials like top dog jr and mirrodines are working good or live pinfish/pilchards freelined will entice these fish. Also, there's snook and trout mixed in.

The nearshore wrecks are filled with good size mangrove snapper so if your looking to do a fish fry this is the way to go. LIVE PILCHARDS is a must and make sure you have plenty of them for chum. Small cobia are sitting on the wrecks but I expect the bigger ones to start moving south with the cooler water temps. Oversize Snook are camping out on the shallow water structures so make sure to give them a lot of care. Be safe and have fun this Labor Day weekend!
