Fort Myers - Saltwater Fishing Report

The inshore fishing is still going strong with redfish at the top of the list. The schools are scattered around grass flats and oysters. Also, there's some nice trout in the mix fishing potholes while targeting reds. Pinfish is candy to these fish.

The nearshore wrecks are starting to hold some cobia as they migrate south. Fish for them on the bottom and always have a freeline ready for when they pop up on the top. Pinfish or a imitation eel will entice the bite. The gag grouper are still around with big schools of mangrove snapper.
