Grouper Trolling shut off like a light (last Wed)

Capt. John GiddyUp-Bunch
June 22, 2010
Fort Myers - Saltwater Fishing Report

Hello fellow anglers who love truth in fishing reports! As you know, I always play the hot hand.
For weeks and weeks, Grouper Trolling was simply obsene. At 18.00 per pound, 2 or 3 people scoring limits was the deal of the century. Think about it. I get 425.00 for basically 5 hours and each person scores 5-6LBS of fillets.
Subtract my cost for gasoline and your only variable is limiting vs skunked. We didn't get skunked 1 time if you wondering (and I know you are)

I'll be back in Florida late tonight and my first charter is Thurs then Saturday. At the present time, I'm trying to set up Operation Open Arms for Our Troops in Maryland. As most of you know, I stand no chance of going to heaven except via my Public Charity, approved by the IRS, and State of Florida. In all seriousness, Our Troops mean everything to me and I plan to always take care of them. Semper Fi!

Fort Myers Fishing Forecast:

Charters on Thursday and Saturday. Will forecast then.
