Fort Myers - Saltwater Fishing Report

Fishing report for the week ending 5/15/2011
Pictured below is Steve Spencer with a 38 inch snook.

Windy days have dissapointed tarpon fisherman but the south and west flow have made tides much higher than normal and made some great bay fishing at times when you could find clear water. All the fish were caught with live shinners.

Pictured above is Brad Christ with a nice redfish he caught in San Carlos Bay .

Above is a nice sea trout while free lining shinners in San Carlos Bay.

We"ll let the pictures tell the story, calmer winds will get us hopefully back off the beaches tarpon fishing in the next few days.
