Fun Fall Fishing

Capt. Freddie David
November 26, 2020
Haulover Inlet - Saltwater Fishing Report

It's been a fun fall with some quality fish around. Deep dropping and wreck fishing have been producing big amberjacks and golden tilefish. We have been also catching yelloweye, vermillion, and red snapper on the deeper rubble.

The mahis have been steady inshore and offshore. They are chasing ballyhoo in the shallows and are under birds offshore. The fish have been averaging anywhere from 8-25 lbs.

The Bahamas have been producing wahoo on the high-speed troll and also some tunas if you can find the birds. November through April are good times of the year to target wahoo in the Bahamas.

There have been a big push of sailfish the past few weeks as the north east winds have been prevalent.

I have some openings coming up in the next few weeks. Please contact me if you would like to book a trip.

Tight lines,
