Haulover Inlet - Saltwater Fishing Report

I was very fortunate to get to spend some time with my son and friends in Billings, Montana this year. We have never been there and it was a beautiful country. All the wildlife you could imagine and great trout fishing in the rivers. Great spending some time in the great out doors staring at the big sky. We will definitely be back in the upcoming years.

Charters were on the slow side in September so we were able to do some fun trips in Biscayne Bay and north bay targeting snook, tarpon, jacks , and mangrove snapper. Live bait has been the ticket and when u can find them its non stop action!

Fishing offshore has still been good. Blackfin tuna and wahoo in the early morning along with mahi mahi further out. The swordfish should be showing up here soon as October and November are some of my favorite months for them.
