Mosquito Lagoon, North Indian River & Banana River

Capt. Tim Masten
July 4, 2007
Indian River Lagoon - Saltwater Fishing Report

Off The Beach!

Light winds and calm seas were just too tempting...so Off the Beach we went.

This time of the year, within a few miles off the beach there roam many predator fish, Tarpon, Kingfish, Cobia, Sharks and Barracuda...all fun to catch.

After netting a live well full of bait we slow trolled them in the most likely places and they did not disappoint us!

Cory displays a super fast and strong, 15lb Tuna (Skip Jack)! Man, did this one rip some line.

This healthy 12lb King Mackeral was one of many that made our drags screeeem!

Even got to play with this Black Tip Shark!

A great day on the water! Let's go fishing! 321-258-9015
