Islamorada - Saltwater Fishing Report

Capt. Rick Stanczyk and Capt. Jim Willcox fished our british regulars again today who were here on a 7 day fishing holiday! This was their last day of fishing and we had a nasty cold front roll through this afternoon! Well Capt. Jims party wanted to try and catch some bonefish so they fished oceanside islamorada and caught 3 as they were in a pre-front frenzy feeding! Capt. Ricks party wanted a tarpon as one angler hadn't caught one yet so they went in the everglades. Plenty of action with ladyfish, trout, jacks, and pompano, and they put the big rods out there too and caught 1 out of 3 tarpon bites, plus a few sharks! Then ran back in with the front just minutes behind them - perfect! Sorry no pictures can't get the upload thing to work, though be sure to check our blog http://www.budnmarysblog.com for daily updated florida keys fishing reports!!!
