Islamorada sailfish and hot bottomfishing

Capt. Bruce Andersen
November 1, 2011
Islamorada - Saltwater Fishing Report

The fishing in the florida keys has been very good the last few weeks and especially good our last few trips. The sailfish have started to show up and our wreck fishing for snapper and grouper has come on strong this week with some nice catches of mutton snapper and black grouper. We're still catching dolphin as well with a few tuna still around and plenty of kingfish offshore of the reef. Just yesterday we had a beautiful mixed bag of 2 sailfish, our limit of kings, 8 dolphin, a black grouper, and a few jacks.
