Islamorada - Saltwater Fishing Report

Islamorada Sea Horse Off Shore Report
Off Shore: Winter is here and we are enjoying the windy cool weather in Islamorada. It feels cold to us, however it is much warmer here compared to the rest of the country. Fishing has been good for Sailfish, Kingfish, Blackfin Tunas, Snappers, and Cobia. Everyday is a little different but always good. Most of the charter boats in Islamorada are available for charter. Hotels and Restaurants are open for your enjoyment. Good weather, good fishing, good food, and good times.
Back Country: Spanish Mackerel, and Mangrove Snapper are abundant in the Florida Bay area and Flamingo State park. Many guides have reported outstanding fishing trips this week. All indicators point to a successful winter season. Snook fishing has been wild and crazy at the Cape live bait fishing on falling tides near creek run offs. The Snook have been caught on lures also earlier in the morning.
