Jupiter - Saltwater Fishing Report

The Jupiter FL. fishing report. Kite fishing has been the way to go for us this week. We are catching good numbers of kings and dolphin kite fishing, with occasional sailfish mixed in. Blue runners, goggle eyes and thread-fins have been deadly on the kite. Having fresh, hearty baits is key for success. Trolling has been productive for Dolphin from 115-500 feet of water. Ballyhoo rigged on Mono is key for these fish, they are being wire shy. Look for the birds and signs of life. The bite on the bottom is still good for muttons and cobia. Pin fish on a fish finder rig will put quality fish in the boat. Yellow tail snapper have been thick on edge as well. May is almost here. It is one of my favorite months for fishing. If you want to get out fishing on this cold front go to www.gettinluckyfishing.com or call 561-214-2271 for charter information. Here are some pics from a great father and son trip. See you on the water.
