Jupiter - Saltwater Fishing Report

The seas are still a little bumpy this time of year, but for those willing to get out, it's definitely worth the effort. Fished Friday & Saturday this week and caught 4 larger gaffer Mahi both days in 200' off Jupiter inlet. Trolling worked just as well as driving live bait. On Friday, I quit with fish still under the boat! I didn't want to get greedy.
Plenty of Sailfish are still being caught, mostly by anglers flying kites a little farther south, between the LWI and the Juno Pier. The kingfish bite is still hot and I had a buddy caught a 47 lb. slob smoker this week.
The Cobia bite is just getting started off the beaches and the Blackfin Tuna bite should be picking up in the coming weeks.
Now is the time to make plans to fish anywhere off Palm Beach and Jupiter.
