A little bit slow offshore right now

Capt. Quinton Dieterle
January 27, 2022
Key Biscayne - Saltwater Fishing Report

A little bit slow offshore right now. The last week has been a slight letdown of action, we are still catching some Sailfish and a few Kingfisher showing up but most of them are small. I have to expect that with this big cold front coming this weekend that Sailfish will push into our area. We had one day this week with three sails but that was our best day this week. We also have seen a few mahi when the wind switches out of the Northeast.

Key Biscayne Fishing Forecast:

Fishing has to improve after this cold front we're having this weekend. I would expect an influx of kingfish and Sailfish into our area.

Target Species:

King fish. Sailfish. Mahi-mahi.
