Miami and Key Biscayne – offshore

Capt. Quinton Dieterle

Key Biscayne - Saltwater Fishing Report

Wet and Wild

Well the unfortunate thing about bad weather is I don't get to go fishing, ya I do get a little vacation but I would rather be fishing. Friday, today I was to fish in the Afternoon but with the sudden amergence of large and scary looking storm the trip was postponed. The only boat i know that took the bull by the horns today was John Cooper on the "Diversion" he said the morning was nasty and only had a dozen fish until around 12;30. Then some grass pushed through and he caught his limit under birds that were moving in the grass. The fish (Dolphin) were all nice size. This area of grass was small so most likely will be gone by the weekend. Sorry> But on the other hand another area of grass could move in. The strong winds have everything in close. These fish were inside of 1,000 ft. Floaters are still a good place to find a school. Good luck and tight lines

If you or a friend would like to get out fishing give us a call.305-361-9740. Thanks
