Key Biscayne - Saltwater Fishing Report

Wild Action
With the conditions just about perfect and a movement of Sailfish in the direction of South Florida, Wednesday eventually became a record setting day for me and our crew. Fishing With Capt. Neil Orange, Dr. Jack Kaplan and Bob Harden formally from the boat Naughty and Nasty, we set out of Kings Bay ready to fish for Sailfish. It only took several minutes to get things going, Dr. J held the boat while Niel and I set out the baits. With in minutes I was setting up on the first of the day. By days end and I mean days end, sun hitting the end of the western sky, we had 17 sails a new record for myself. It was fantastic, things went just as we planned as we prepared for the tournaments ahead. The fish were moving alongs slight weed and current changes and were hungry. All the fish were released unharmed. Today on the Cutting Edge we had a group of anglers that had never fished before and they caught 4 sailfish, missed several and caught a few kings and bonito's, another great day of Action.
