Miami and Key Biscayne – offshore

Capt. Quinton Dieterle
March 13, 2003
Key Biscayne - Saltwater Fishing Report

Good Sailfish Bite

Sailfishing off the Miami coast has been good the last couple of days. Today we fished a pm half and went 1 for 5 on sailfish and had a big king and some small ones. Bonito are a pain in the A-- the last week. The sailfish have been in the 100 to 140 ft range and it has been best off Key Biscayne. Bait has been good and the sailfish have been biting Google Eyes best.

We have been fishing every day and have seen some good and bad days but for the most part fishing has been exciting. Some Cobia have been pushing through to.
