Key Biscayne - Saltwater Fishing Report

Slight let down
Friday was the last day i fished and thought the daily total sounds impressive it was not your typical Cutting Edge Day. We caught a 250 hammerhead shark on 20 pound which we released. A twenty pound black grouper, and couple of big kings, a yellow tail and a big black fin tuna. That was a 3/4 day. We also had enough bonitos to drive you crazy. Over the weekend neil ran the boat and did the same on Saturday with out the tuna and shark. And Sunday was a real let down with bonitos being it. It was only a half day which really limited his ability to go to far.
Now as we know the current and water mean alot, and over the weekend the conditions were poor, green water and no current. But to the south off ocean reef at the end of the day some clean blue water and some current moved in. That should be hear by tomorrow, Monday. I will be out on two halfs and will let you know if it made a difference in the fishing. I am sure it will. They got fish in it yesterday.
Congrates to Get lit and Ray Rousher, Kit tumy, Pete Miller and Jon Cooper for there outstanding effort at Key West this past weekend. Lots of money and a great time i'm sure. They got second on fish but after the Peg Leg was disqualified on two fish it gave the get lit the win.
NICE JOB
