Miami and Key Biscayne – offshore

Capt. Quinton Dieterle
September 4, 2004
Key Biscayne - Saltwater Fishing Report

Dolphin Fishing was heating up

The last couple of trips on the Cutting Edge were very good. Lots of big and small dolphin in the area of 1,000 ft. We had a few big fish up to 41 pounds and some nice schoolies on the same day. The fish are on birds and some around floaters. The hurricane knocked us out of business for a couple of days now but it should be terrific in a couple of day. The fish are eating small live baits and some chunks of Bonito. The edge was good the other day also with some sailfish and some dolphin up tight. Good lucke and lets get out fishing.
