Today the fishing was great. WE started off late, we won't mention why, but from that set back forward everything went right. We started off running south off triumph reef and jumping on a free jumper, that resulted in a triple header sailfish in which we caught 2. Nice fish and all in under 80 ft. Next a couple of cover ups with Dolphin, not huge but big enough to eat google eyes and big treads. So at this point we have a couple of sailfish, and 6 Dolphin and a Kingfish. Another cover up with dolphin and bang, there comes the fish of the day. A quick bite on the short with head and shoulders out of water and we are hooked up with a big White Marlin, a 30 minute battle and the day just turned assume. After that nothing could go wrong. We set back up to have a couple of bonito eat the longs, while changing that another sailfish appears on the short and middle. After a short fight that involved some tricky monovering around some other boats we had our double. On the way back home some birds working yielded another sailfish on the surface chancing some free swimming pilchards. So another day on the Cutting Edge was over, 6 Sailfish, one White Marlin, 7 dolphin a couple of bonito and kingfish. Tight !
