Key West - Saltwater Fishing Report

HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL AND TO ALL MORE HOOKUPS IN 2010!!!
The Fishing Report. Jan. 7, 2010. Bonefish have been biting during the holidays! We caught Bonefish on Christmas Eve day, the day after Christmas day and on the day after New Years Day. Here is Jimmy Park with a Christmas Bonefish!

December featured some great Permit fishing too. Here is Dave McComb with a beauty.

We also had some good baby Tarpon fishing during December. Here is a jumping baby attached to Dan Hefle.

This past fall there were lots of Permit on the flats, as our weather was quite mild. Here is a 24 pound Permit
and a 6 pound Bonefish taken by Atlanta Braves star lefty Tim Hudson. Tim and his wife Kim celebrated their 10th anniversary here in the Keys. Good luck to them, they are a great couple!

An early run of migrating Tarpon is expected in the near future as the weather warms up here in the Keys! There are also some resident Tarpon available. Call me and let's set up your
January trip! Toll Free: 877-228-8497, or 305-745-3304.
