By the way, we just returned from Cooper Landing, Alaska where the Sockeye & Silver Salmon & Rainbow Trout fishing in the rivers was hot! In the above photo, we managed to find some bright Silver Salmon below Skilak Lake on the Kenai River. The the photo below, my father in law Peter Gilderson (r.) just caught a bright Sockeye Salmon with our outstanding guide, Tom Murray (l.).
We arrived back in the Keys just in time to board up for Tropical Storm Ernesto! With the airport open again, we hope to see many anglers return to the Keys soon for our outstanding fall fishery.
