Great Time for Offshore Fishing

Miami - Saltwater Fishing Report
Three dads and sons fished all day on the Blue Waters 2 for a Saturday Tournament. The fish that counted were dolphin, tuna, kingfish and certain bottom fish.
The crew started offshore and found a blackfin tuna and a dolphin for the anglers. The offshore bite was slow with no floaters or bird action. So, back to 120' depth to kite fish for kingfish. The kite baits were rigged with wire leaders with trailer stinger hooks. The action was good and two fish were boated and more lost.
Then a splash on the long kite line and on is a sailfish! The junior angler fought the fish right to the boat where a quick picture was taken and the fish released. Six tired but happy anglers returned to the dock with fish tales to tell.
It's a great time for offshore fishing and we have lots of open dates.
