Spring is Prime Fishing Time in Miami

Capt. Ralph Mayans
April 29, 2014
Miami - Saltwater Fishing Report

Spring time is here and fishing starting to heat up!

Offshore, under birds and floaters, we are finding mahi-mahi with wahoo mixed in. We are fishing 2-6 miles off Miami Beach using bonito strips and ballyhoo.

We're also following the turtles were we are finding cobia in good numbers. So have a jig rod ready or live bait works well too. You can find the turtles close to the beaches and even offshore.
