Miami - Saltwater Fishing Report
After a week's vacation to Denver, Colorado to see family and some of the sites in the area, it's time to get back to fishing.
My first trip was with Rick, Robert, Reese, and Collin. A full day of dolphin/mahi fishing started when we found large weed lines and big patches of Sargasso weed 24.5 miles out from Haulover Inlet.
By day's end, we had caught 35 dolphin and kept 15. Throw in 60 barjacks that were all released to round out the day.
Back at TNT Marine Center, the tarpon ate good from all the scraps as the fish were filleted. The group of anglers took home 48 pounds of fresh fillets to share with family, eat many dinners, sandwiches, and tacos.

Miami Fishing Forecast:
Good dolphin action should continue. This is the time of year when longer runs are necessary to find good action.
In on the reef, trolling for summer kingfish, bonito, and a few blackfin tuna will on many days out produce live baiting.
