Jan 2014 mosquito lagoon report

Capt. Michael Mann
January 3, 2014
Mosquito Lagoon - Saltwater Fishing Report

The fishing from Daytona to New Smyrna is on fire we have had some brutal cold weather to start the year off and it's turned the red fish and trout on . The water level is low and this has bunched the reds up into schools that are catchable using shimano plugs and hookup jigs . My Hells bay waterman will get us into the shallow water spots the fish are in and the power pole will hold us in place on the windy days . You can expect 20 to 30 red fish and trout on the slower days and double that on the good days . For some of the best fishing Mosquito Lagoon has to offer book a trip and have fun .

Capt Mike Mann
