Naples - Saltwater Fishing Report

We fished a 12 hour trip on Saturday,our first red snapper trip of the year and after a 60 mile run to 160' of water we started fishing.On our second stop of the day we quickly landed a limit of red snappers and released a 25pd gag.After putting away our limit of snappers we put 15 keeper red groupers in the box while releasing another 20 red snappers to 16pds.

Naples Fishing Forecast:

The snapper fishing is the best its ever been with limits of fish up to 16pds coming as fast as you can get a bait down.The season runs until July 10th with gas opening on July 1st.Red grouper fishing also remains strong with more fish moving into the area as summer heats up.
