Lake Toho mid- Dec Fishing Report

Capt. Jim Passmore
December 16, 2008
Orlando - Freshwater Fishing Report

Mid Dec. and man has it been a awsome past 2 weeks.Several outins and several nice fish have come to the boat, for pictures and weighing.

Toho has as always living up to it's reputation as a number one producer of Trophy fish. Last week it produced a 9+ and one at the boat!!on at the boat!! that went 10 + I say that and Jim Bianco will testify on my behalf. as jim comes every dec for 3 days of fishing and has to his list several 10 + and is still trying to top his 11lb 4 oz caught in 06.

He did pick up a 10 on his last day as we fished the pit with Fred and Dave.

I am awied with this time of the year now thru april as we fishermen call it. Arm breaking- rod bending fantastic fishing. No matter if the weather is wet/ cool/ windy/ or hot. Its the begining of the prespawn and spawn. You noticed I said cool- remember we are in fl.

Crappie have been on fire at the pits and we have had to limit our size limit on the lake to 12 inches and over. --25 per person is the posession limit.

Bass and crapie are showing roe and my predictions are that we will see bass moving in by mid Jan and crappie moving into the grass by feb week.

You have seen it on TV,you have readabout and you have dreamp of it. Lake TOHO. Espn. favorite lake
