Lake Toho
Water Temperature: 75
Water Clarity: 1 foot
Today we had Skip out for 6 hours on Lake Toho. We started out the day down at Whaleys landing and the bite started out on the slow side,Picking up a few small bass in the 2-3 pound range.
From there we moved over to the mouth of the creek and dropped anchor, picking up a few more small Bass again in the 3 pound range.
We ended our day pitching wild shiners to the edge of grass beds by the mouth of Gobblets Cove, picking up a nice 4.5 pounder, just as we were ready to leave, Skip nailed a very nice 10.5 pounder just off the edge on a weed bed out in the middle on nowhere.
Skip was a happy fisherman, the 4.5 pounder he said was his best ever until we saw the HAWG dancing across the top of the water. Look for video clip to be added to the web site soon.Pics are being added to the Photo Gallery on cyber angler.
Till my next report, tight lines and great fishing
