Orlando - Freshwater Fishing Report
Lake Holly
Water Clarity: 2-3 feet
Today we were out on Lake Holly, fishing Snakes and ONLY snakes. First off, we have to comment on the lake conditions. This Chain of lakes is AWESOME, VERY clean and clear water, not your typical lake, not cluttered with houses or business, very little boat traffic and no sign of a jet ski!!!!!!! We spent the entire day with the boat positioned in roughly 11 feet of water, casting to lily pads, grass beds and reeds, Black snake was getting slammed with Bass in the 2.5 to 6 pound range.
We decided to make a switch, to a new color, yet to be released and folks, this color is going to light it up!!!!! the bass simply slayed US instead of us slaying them, a simple slow twitch and retrieve and they would POUNCE the snake.
The last hour of the day we tossed around the newest "prototype" lure we will be releasing and she had great success also. TopWater is the way to go for some serious bass fishing action!! We will be adding video clips of today and other days ventures shortly, we figure what a better way to show what your missing out on if you dont have the Snakes in your tackle box!!
Till my next report, Tight lines and GREAT fishing.
Again, watch for web site updates with some great bait smashing action LIVE!!!!!!! as it happened on the lake
