Orlando - Freshwater Fishing Report
Lake Toho
We have been on Lake Toho the past 2 days, Tuesday morning started out with a good topwater bite, chug bugs being the best action getter, mid afternoon we switched over to spinner baits in white and white jigs tight to cover.
Today was pretty much the same pattern, with the addition of using a yellow weedwalker from Norman and a scum frog. Altho some may not like the current weather we are getting, it has really picked up the morning bite and mid afternoon bite, topwater action has been good to hot and heavy at times.
Bass have been running on average between 2 and 4 pounds, very solid, and at times very aggressive, with a couple just over the 6 pound class. Grass beds and hydrilla patches we worked were very healthy looking and are showing alot of promise for what should be an awesome some of bass fishing on Lake Toho. Areas of target the last 2 days have been both islands and down the entire west side of the lake. All the areas pretty much produced the same.
Till my next report, tight lines and great fishing!!!!!
