Orlando - Freshwater Fishing Report

Lakes Toho/Kissimme
Thursday we were out on Lake Toho for what turned out to be tougher than normal fishing, very hot day and no breeze to speak of which made for a day of shiner fishing catching a few good bass scattered around the lake and down into Lake Cypress.
Friday we were off to Lake Kissimmee for a half day run of shiner fishing. Bobber or freelined was not the ticket in Kissimmee. Tail hooking the shiners and pitching them TIGHT to cover and allowing them to swim up under the matting was the ticket for the day. Landing several good bass was the reward.
Saturday we spent the day at Bass Pro Shops working the Casting Kids Competition, and what a great day it was. Lots of kids turned out for what made a great day FOR THE KIDS, we have to remember, its about the kids and giving back and being able to teach the future young guns of our great sport/family time that makes what we do as guides and tournament anglers all that much more rewarding.
Few runs coming up to Butler Chain so till my next report Tight lines and great fishing
