Palm Beach Jupiter Inshore Report

Capt. Craig Korczynski
October 26, 2022
Palm Beach - Saltwater Fishing Report

Sunny days, mild temps perfect weather in South Florida has the fishing fired up. Past week brought week cool fronts dropping water temps and bringing in more mullet schools to our area.

Snook fishing has started to pick up due to water quality getting better every day. The dirty fresh water that has inundated our local waters, is starting to dissipate. Snook are gathering on seawalls busting mullet schools on high tide and first of the outgoing tides. Live bait, Rapala skitter walks, and DOA PT-7 weedless top water work great.

The silver kings have been abundant gathering in deeper channels and canals, striking live mullet and DOA 4" jerk baits. The tarpon are school up offering multiple hook ups at one time for anglers. Look for rolling fish to present your bait. Always remember to bow to the king.

Deeper holes and cuts have been abundant with Jacks, mackerel, blue fish, ladyfish, sharks and many other species that put a bend in the rod. DOA C.A.L. 3" shad tail and live baits great tactic to get the bite.

Well that is a fishing report for the past week, hope you all enjoyed. Remember you can't catch them from the couch, so get out there and get hooked up. Tight lines!
