Palm Beach Jupiter Inshore Report

Capt. Craig Korczynski
April 6, 2023
Palm Beach - Saltwater Fishing Report

April has sprung and inshore fishing is hopping along as water temperatures warm and bait schools start to migrate to our local waters.

Tarpon fishing is fantastic targeting channel edges, docks, and mangrove shorelines. Schooling fish can be seen on the surface rolling, live baits and DOA Terror Eyz great baits to present to them. Both sides of the tides produce a good bite, tarpon are ranging from 5 to 50 pounds.

Seawalls and mangroves have been the hot spot for targeting snook. Live bait and Rapala twitch baits get the strike. Schooling fish can be found near heavy structures, producing all four species of snook.

Freshwater bite has been producing awesome peacock bass action using Rapala twitch baits and live baits. Seawalls and docks best areas to locate peacocks. Clownknife fish are abundant along channel edges and bridges. DOA Terror Eyz great bait to produce many strikes.

Well that is the fishing report for the past week, hope you all enjoyed. Remember you can't catch them from the couch, so get out there and get hooked up. Tight Lines!
