Palm Beach - Saltwater Fishing Report

Marching into the end of the month! March was a windy one. The windy conditions did not stop anglers from enjoying the waterways, wrangling a plethora of species.
Linesider fanatics enjoyed a decent bite, fishing, mangrove, shoreline, and deep holes. Live baiting was the preferred method, anglers looking to use artificial lures, DOA terror eyz, enticed strikes. Docks at night time and held an abundance of snook willing to strike Rapala X raps and flies.
Tarpon fishing was consistent for anglers, channels and docks held fish. Channels held bigger fish, Live bait free lined with the tide received the strikes. Doa 4 inch jerk bait great for enticing juvenile Tarpon to put on a show.
Deep holes and channels provided an abundance of mackerel, bluefish, jacks, sharks and many other species to put a bend in the rod. DOA 3" shad tail and bucktail jigs tipped with shrimp best baits to get the strike. Black drum also in the mix, provided great drag screaming runs for anglers on light tackle.
Well that is the fishing report for the past week, hope you all enjoyed. Remember you can't catch them from the couch, so get out there and get hooked up. Tight Lines! PhlatsInshoreFishing.com visit us on Facebook, Instagram, X, Pinterest and YouTube.
