Palm Beach - Saltwater Fishing Report

April has arrived, warmer temperatures prevail, making for awesome inshore fishing. Southeats winds have been dominant, with that brings a change in our waters and that's clean ocean water. Visibility has been great in our local waters.
Inshore waters have been teaming with snook along docks and shorelines. Live baits worked with the tide create strikes. Rapala x raps great artificial bait to work near structure. Common snook are the most prevalent, but fat and swordspine snook are being caught as well.
Juvenile tarpon are roaming mangrove shorelines, doa 3" shad tail and live baits have are the best baits to get the strike. Bigger tarpon are hanging near deep channels striking live baits both sides of the tides. Warmer water temperatures will keep the bite strong as we approach mid spring.
Deep cuts and flats are holding an abundance of fish black drum, spanish mackerel, bluefish, snapper, pompano and many others are being caught. DOA 3" shad tail and shrimp worked on the bottom gets the drag screaming.
Well that is the fishing report for the past week, hope you all enjoyed. Remember you can't catch them from the couch so get out the and get hooked up. Tight Lines! Visit us on Facebook, Instagram, X, Pinterest and YouTube.
