Palm Beach - Saltwater Fishing Report

Hot south winds brought dirt water and rain to our local area the past week. Bait schools abundant inshore and along beaches bringing in predator fish.
Snook fishing is steady along beaches, passes, sea walls and docks. Tide is a big key to getting a good bite incoming clean water helps trigger feedings. Live sardines, DOA 3" shad tail and Rapala x raps baits of choice. Snook spawn will start in the next two weeks anglers will start to see big schools of fish in passes.
Silver kings! Anglers love and hate relationship with this acrobatic fish, heats up. Tarpon schools are abundant near beaches and passes. The bigger fish are in passes striking live baits free lined with the tide. Juvenile tarpon can be found along mangrove shorelines and sea walls.
Anglers looking to tango with a variety of species. We can tame care of that. Schooling jacks, lady fish, mackerel snapper, drum and many other species provide rod bending action. Big fish to little fish summer fishing is heating up and anglers are excited.
