Palm Beach Jupiter Salt and Freshwater report

Capt. Craig Korczynski
June 4, 2020
Palm Beach - Saltwater Fishing Report

Summer has officially become hot and wet, the rain has been relentless for Jupiter and the palm beaches the past week.

With all the rain the snook bite has been excellent at the spillways and canals nearby. Live baits or DOA C.A.L's and Terror Eyz have hooked many snook. The ICW has been great for targeting snook near seawalls, docks and mangrove shorelines. Outgoing and first of incoming produces many fish and other species as well.

The tarpon fishing has been great but more fish are showing making for explosive action. The tarpon are striking live greenies and DOA Terror Eyz. Beach tarpon fishing has been ok when seas are calm but it has been tough do to you the strong winds and rain we have received as of late.

Freshwater water fishing has been great for largemouth bass working grassy shorelines and drop offs. The key has been find clean water and slow moving water. The spillways have been open causing fast water flow and muddy water so canals and water further away from the gates best bet.

Well that is the fishing report for the past week, hope you all enjoyed. Remember you can't catch them from the couch, so get out there and get hooked up. Tight Lines! PhlatsInshoreFishing.com 561-644-4371. Visit us on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube.
