I have lived in this area my entire life. I can honestly say the fishery is making a strong comeback.
Our red fishing has remained to stay steady throughout the year and we are getting some big fish under the bush.
The snook fishing has been steady all year,we are constantly putting up numerous in the mid 30 inch range with some breaking the 40 mark.
All our trout are still on the jettys and beaches as well, there are not to many days we can't put together a inshore slam.
We have also been catching some really nice cobia on shallow water rock piles as well..
Tarpon are still migrating up the coast so we are still getting a steady flow of fish in great numbers!
All in all the fishing right now has been as good as anyone could ask for!

And remember, fishing light always gets the bite!!

Target Species:

Snook,tarpon,cobia,redfish,trout
