Cooler weather could bring great opportunity.

Panama City - Saltwater Fishing Report

This time of year I spend a little more time on the golf course and in the deer stand. I took a nice doe a few days ago with my bow.
I get to fish a few days a week with this week no exception. I'm a little dissappointed in the lack of flounder movement although they are picking up. We caught some flatties and spanish this week. The bay is full of bluefish. The bull reds are moving into the pass.

I know a lot of you depend on my reports for current information. You can email me with questions during the off season and I will do my best to answer.

Last, I want to thank everyone that fished with me or sent me clients this year. Without you I would have to work at a tackle store. We caught a lot of reds, trout and everything else this year.

Panama City Fishing Forecast:

Fall and cooler temps will give opportunity to some great days for the next six weeks. All the migrating and moving fish are excited and ready to eat.

Target Species:

Fishing is good. The colder temps should trigger some agressive behaviour in many species. Should be great thru November.

More Fishing Reports:

Sight casting fly and spinning for reds, trout, bonita, spanish, jacks and many other species. Live bait trips available as well as hot topwater action in the bay around Panama City, Florida. Depending on the time of the year I can normally put you on legal grouper in the bay, monster speckled trout, lot's of fly fishing action and just about everything else that swims and good tablefare.
