Panama City - Saltwater Fishing Report

The long anticipated opening weekend of duck season has come and gone. We had a great opening day. I had David and Dalton for the first hunters of the season. There is nothing better than being able to help provide a great hunting experience for a father and son. The ducks cooperated and they had lots of shooting. All the key ducks are here Redheads, Bluebills, Canvasbacks, and Buffleheads.

I cannot say enough about my new DUCKWATER 18 OCEAN. The morning started out blowing 15 to 20 out of the east, which makes the bay choppy. This boat sliced thru the wave as if they were not even there. Once at the spot it provides a warm, dry, and stable gunning platform. Most importantly, I think it is the safest big water duck boat on the market.

Judging by what I have seen so far, the season looks like it is going to be outstanding!
