Panama City - Saltwater Fishing Report

Well....just don't post as much as I should....am I getting old, lazy or both? Who knows.
Fishing is still good. Lot's of reds in the pass, fish on the inshore wrecks includig grouper and various snappers along with some nice triggers lately. Bayous are holding some nice trout and the deep holes in the bay have whiting and white trout. Overall...you can catch fish just about any day you go out.

First phase of duck has come and gone with a lot of ducks here already. If the cold weather holds there will be a lot of divers to shoot this winter, cans, redheads, bluebills and others along with puddle ducks. Of course you need to have a good guide that knows where to find them. Opening weekend of next phase is booked but I have a lot of days available for the winter. It's always better to call me than to expect a long email explaing what to expect on a duck hunt. Just way to much info for email.
Panama City Fishing Forecast:

Fishing should be good the rest of the year. Last year I started putting large numbers of spanish in the boat on February 2nd.
I'm looking forward to duck season this year. Been cold already with a lot of birds already here. With the bust of last year we can hope this year will be awesome.
