Panama City - Saltwater Fishing Report

Been hitting the lake every morning. The birds were hammered on Saturday which made for some slow hunting Sunday and today. Slow in a manner of terms for me but probably a great day for others.
After a double digit day on Saturday I have been setting up on some spots that I call "rescue" area's. Places that the local ducks will go to get away from all the guns and people. Yesterday we saw a lot of teal bagging a couple along with seveal woodies. Today it seemed like the teal had left the lake as we didn't see a one. We did, however, manage to get our limit of woodies. Here's Randay Sheffield with his:

Early duck ends Wednesday. With a front coming thru the area Tuesday and in to Wednesday, Wednesday should be a good day to hunt.
Panama City Fishing Forecast:

Fishing is good. I will be fishing the rest of the week, posting reports each day. Hopefully the water will clean up some this week although the stained water doesn't effect reds and trout.
Spanish and blues should pick up with the clearing of the water.
Target Species:

Fishing is good and should ramain that way for all species through November.
