Emerald Coast Redheads and Redfish

Capt. Todd Jones
January 14, 2013
Panama City - Saltwater Fishing Report

The Redfishing in the Saint Andrews Pass is about as consistant as it can get. We have been fishing live pinfish on the botton drifting with the current. There are also alot of Black Seabass around the jetties and bouys.

As I said last week the duck hunting is some of the best it has been in years. We are still shooting limits of Redheads every trip. There are lots of Bluebills on the bay and the last few trips we also shot Gadwall and had a chance at some Pintails but could'nt close the deal. Oh well you can't killem all.

More Fishing Reports:

Capt. Todd has been fishing the Gulf Coast for over 40 years and guiding for 30 years. He is a second generation fishing guide. While serving his country for 22 years as a Navy Diver he was able to fish all over the world. In his travels he has fished the Atlantic, Pacific, and Indian Oceans, as well as the Mediterranean and the Sea of Cortez. But in his opinion nothing compares to the diversity we have here in the Emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
