Panama City - Saltwater Fishing Report

To say the weather hasn't been a factor lately....well, it's March. When I get some brave souls out despite the conditions there is plenty of fish to catch. Hit one of my good trout holes this morning with some live shrimp. Put one out....BAM!...23 inch fish...good job Jim.

Put a bait out for Holden, 12 year old from Dayton Ohio...BAM!....22 inch fish.

We caught few more trout, some keepers and some throw backs. We ended up in Warren Bayou, running into a some big reds. Had one to the boat and lost it. Missed a couple more.

All in all fishing was good although a little spotty today. The water is somewhat clear but may dirty up with the storm coming through today.
Checked with a couple of my peeps and they told me the spanish bite has been off since the weather of last weekend. Pretty sure after this round of weather ends the fishing will be back to normal and getting better.
Panama City Fishing Forecast:

Fishing has been great just need a break in the weather.
Target Species:

Reds, trout...spanish and cobia when the water calms down. Pompano along the beach.
