Flounder could finally be on the move!

Capt. James Pic
October 25, 2009
Panama City - Saltwater Fishing Report

Today we spent a couple of hours in West Bay teaching how and where to catch reds and trout. Hit the hot water canal with nothing going on there just yet.
We headed toward the pass and the Island finding no flounder in the kiddie pool but some good fish "in between". In between the bay and the pass. They have started moving just not made it to the pass.

Panama City Fishing Forecast:

Flounder on the move.
Trout moving toward the bayous and creeks. Reds on the flats. Spanish in bay. Bulls in the pass along with an occasional school of bonito.

Target Species:

Fishing is good. The colder temps should trigger some agressive behaviour in many species. Should be great thru November.

More Fishing Reports:

Sight casting fly and spinning for reds, trout, bonita, spanish, jacks and many other species. Live bait trips available as well as hot topwater action in the bay around Panama City, Florida. Depending on the time of the year I can normally put you on legal grouper in the bay, monster speckled trout, lot's of fly fishing action and just about everything else that swims and good tablefare.
