Panama City - Saltwater Fishing Report

It was nice to be able to get bait the last couple of days and start fishing the way I know best. Yup, it's the time of year when I start loading the boat with trout....not just trout but BBBBBIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIGGG! trout. After a little redfish....

We proceeded to look for the gators. I was able to fish a little, mostly clearing the catfish so Jimmy Cook could land the big fish. BTW...good job on landing that six pounder. Take a look:

We had to throw back some fish because we already had our two over twenty inches......just didn't find many small fish...oh yeah...THERE ARE NO SMALL FISH IN THIS HOLE!...LOL. The fishing gods smiled at me once today and I landed a hefty 27 inch fish that was fat and full of row. She will spawn in a week or two.

This what I do, this is what my rep is. You want big trout and reds, call me.
Panama City Fishing Forecast:

The spring has been a little screwy weatherwise. I believe that the trout are going to be active both this month and next. Look for the redfish bite in the shallows...unless they want deeper water.
Spanish and blues are on the ledges with some sharks showing up.
Target Species:

It's gator time.....come get you one!
